I went with my friend to buy a new 2026 Mazda CX-5 after having a bad experience at the North Hills location. We were there for 4 hours and couldn’t get to a reasonable monthly payment.
Thankfully, our experience at the Culver City location was completely different! Within 20 minutes, Isaac and Peter helped us get to a monthly payment that worked for my friend. They explained everything clearly, including both leasing and financing options.
Roman was also very kind and helpful, and speaking Spanish with us was greatly appreciated.

Actually, the overall rating should be a 4.5. Annoyed at having to pay for my own ride. Otherwise, the process was easy and I'm always confident in the work Culver City Mazda does. The video is a nice touch.
I called in advance of appt date I stated i would wait would wait for vehicle while it had oil service, wiper blades replacement and recall check...the day of appt for regular maint service and recall check and software download it took almost 4 hrs...while i waited...
Miguel was fantastic. Candidly if not for him we might not go back to the dealership. Initially my 19 year old daughter walked into the dealership to let the desk know that her car was being towed in. Another service rep named Andrew treated my daughter very poorly and was dismissive telling her that because she did not have an appointment they could not look at the car for almost a week and it would cost us $250 per day while we waited. As usual, things went well. The car was finished relatively quickly and returned to me freshly washed.
Always great service from the team at Culver Volvo and Mazda. Very communicative and thorough.
I arrived at 9am, left at 2:45pm. That wait time is way too long. The oil change and tire rotation took appx 4 hours? It takes 20 minutes at Valvoline. Galpin is also faster. The spark plugs and brake fluid took less time, but the price was quite high. Please stop overbooking your service department. That being said -- the employees are courteous and well trained. The low rating is for the wait and the price.
Very poor communication. Had my vehicle for about 2 months with almost not info/updates. If not for the loaner vehicle, it would have been totally unacceptable.

I had a scheduled maintenance appointment at 2:00 p.m. and was told my vehicle would be ready between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m., so I decided to wait at the dealership. When I asked about the status around 5:00 p.m., I was told the expected completion time had actually been 5:00–5:30 p.m., which was different from what I understood. I was also disappointed that I was not offered a courtesy car until I asked, while other customers were offered one. Due to the delay and lack of communication, I missed another appointment, and my vehicle was not completed until approximately 5:45 p.m.
Jonathan was incredibly caring, compassionate, and understanding. I was initially hesitant after learning about the repairs needed and the cost, but his patience and genuine concern gave me confidence to move forward. His kindness and professionalism truly made a difference.
Everybody goes above and beyond here! Please give them all raises. They truly care about people’s cars and I really appreciate that. Great customer service, will come back.

Rich was nothing short of amazing. I came in with a problem that could not be resolved at another dealership, and Rich and Mazda were able to find the issue and fix it. I am happy with the service that Rich provided and happy that the Mazda service team was able to repair the issue with my car. Overall, I give 5 stars to the entire team.
