Appt was easy to make online. I dropped my car off early, they estimated 2.5 hours and my car was ready in 2 hours. Service advisor was friendly, professional, and communicative. I appreciated the inspection video and estimates provided online. They also offered me a free car wash as part of my repair.

Honestly right from the beginning it was confusing as to who would be helping me when I arrived. I was rudely told to wait in my car and that someone would go to me and help me out. I waited for at least 10 min before someone even noticed I was waiting by my car. After that when it came down to checking out the advisor failed to include my coupon discount even after I asked whether the final price included the discount. Service is efficient and I like the video summary of my vehicle. I previously had a pre-paid service plan that made this affordable. That plan has now expired and pricing for routine services is very high. I have an extended warranty for another two years and will use the dealership for any warranty issues but will use other less expensive options for routine maintenance.
This is my second car from Mazda Culver City! I love the car, the dealership and service. It’s one stop and your car is taken care of from start to finish. My first Mazda is 10 years old. Highly recommend Nelly, Roman, and Dad who all made the 2nd one went so smoothly and quickly.

Had an 8am appt. 2 services to be performed, was out less than 2 hours. Waiting room is smaller than Torrance but arriving early, I was able to get a comfortable chair. Seats are spaced out from one another. Jonathan provided great customer service. Car wash wasn’t working, so I couldn’t get a wash but overall it was a great customer experience.

Stood around my car waiting for a service person for 20 minutes and then got the excuse that they were shorthanded, wasted my time. Had to call late in the day to check on my car, which had been ready but no one called to let me know

Service was excellent with Jonathan. Their technician sends a complete underbody video of their inspection so you get to see what they are talking about, rather than just take their word. The car wash was down, but they said to bring it back when it’s running and they will pass it through!
Busy when I arrived so there was a wait. Jonathan was very nice and quick to help me out. Service was good, and any issues were communicated well via text. This was my first service for my first ever Mazda that I purchased last December. It went well, though it would have been nice to given something complimentary (cabin air filter, etc) for being a first time Mazda customer. I was not blown away, but service was fair.
Always top notch service. Miguel is the best and the whole team is super accommodating and helpful. 5 stars always. I have a 2017 Mazda and usually go for oil changes and diagnostics. Facility is very clean, fresh coffee always, lobby is perfect for folks who work from home home.

I’ve never written a review for a dealership, but recently I had an exceptional experience. I’ve always gotten my car serviced here and it’s been consistently solid. A few weeks ago, I had a very minor incident with my car and needed my passenger mirror replaced. It was a stressful day, but I took my car to Mazda to replace the part I needed.
