I had to bring a car in on a trailer. The attendance and staff were courteous and helpful guiding me in with a trailer. Even though the parking lot is very small, after work was performed, they made a parking space for my large truck when we came and picked up the car and directed me an easier way to get out of the parking lot. They're super courteous and friendly and helpful

I liked the updates that I received that my car was due for a basic service. I knew because of the thorough inspection that had previously been done on the car that I was not just going far a basic oil change but have suspension work done. They said that I could bring my car in and have it back I a couple hours for service. Then when I got there for my appt they said it was double the time. Then it wasn't even done by the end of the day. Then when I went there the next day to get it it was still not done and wasn't washed. And I still had to wait. Unacceptable. Won't buy another Mazda the service has been terrible.

It was the best experience I've had at this dealership in a long time. I was quickly offered a loaner car. I was shown a video of the inspection. They fixed a couple problems with key fobs and the center console and they didn't overcharge me for it. The communication was clear and consistent. It was a very good experience.

I highly recommend this dealership. I had a great experience working with Huntington, Amir, and Potter (Michael). I came with many questions and they were all answered honestly. Out of all the dealerships I visited today, this one felt the most genuine. This is my second Mazda purchase and will certainly not be the last.
Took over 3 weeks to finalize loan and sale of car and it's still not in our possession. Dealer does not answer the phone.

Coffee machine inoperable, no bottled water, & that broken down fridge is a joke. The receptionist is just there to be seen; she didn't speak upon my entry. The La Puente location is much BETTER even though they no longer give car washes.

The experience from working with the salesman through to the financing was all excellent. Sadly all of the positives ended when the car I bought wasn't available for me to take home as only one person was scheduled in the back to wash and fuel the cars. It truly ruined the entire experience. Details are everything and the last interaction at the dealership was VERY UNSATISFACTORY
